Counselling & Dynamic Life Coaching – Regular Session
Body-based psychotherapeutic exploration of any life issues.
Involves “talking and sharing” but will be directed into a more direct felt-experience based interaction with yourself as soon as is practical and warranted.
All sessions are focussed and grounded into the present moment experience. Exploration of past stories may constitute part of getting to know you but will not constitute the foundation of therapeutic practise. The power of “being heard” as a therapeutic tool is acknowledged and used judiciously.
Can be approached either as pure healing-therapy tool or from a more solution-based coaching style approach.
